1. Welcome Letter

Dear Parents,

We pray this letter finds you and your families in the best of health and Iman. Welcome to

the NYCMC Summer Camp!

We pray this program will be a great opportunity for your children to have fun, grow, and

develop in an Islamic environment where they create lasting relationships with their

peers and elders. We thank you in advance for your continued support, cooperation, and

encouragement of your children in addition to the volunteers and staff of NYCMC.

This Welcome Packet provides you with the policies and procedures for this year at

NYCMC Summer Camp. Please read through this entire document to fully familiarize

yourself with our policies and discuss these policies with your children. Should you have

any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us.

We will provide water, fruits, and snacks for all students during snack time. Campers are

expected to bring their own lunch.

We look forward to a fun and productive summer!

Sincerely,

NYCMC Summer Camp Team
